02What moves the price of an interactive whiteboard
Screen size is the biggest driver. Look at the jump from 100 inches to 110 inches: the top 100-inch board is $1,687, while the cheapest 110-inch board is $3,648. A 110-inch panel is a different product class with its own cost, so do not treat it as one more size step when you plan a range.
The second driver is the board inside. Between the cheapest and the top board at each size, the options are MT9679 with 8GB+128GB, V100 with 8GB+128GB, RK3576 with 8GB+128GB or 8GB+256GB, and RK3588 with 8GB+128GB. The gap between the entry and top board is about the same at every size, so the choice of chipset and memory is a fixed step, not a percentage of screen size. Ask yourself what your buyers run: lesson slides and video need less than heavy software on a large conference wall.
Extras add smaller amounts. A built-in camera with an 8-array microphone adds $43 for 13 MP or $50 for 48 MP. A wooden crate adds $23 at 65 to 86 inches, $30 at 98 inches and $52 at 110 inches. EXW means the buyer collects the goods at the factory and carries every later cost: export clearing in China, freight, insurance, port charges in Nigeria, duty and taxes, and the truck to your warehouse. It gives the lowest quoted number, which is why distributors compare it first. IKAR also trades on FOB, CIF and DDP terms, and each one moves part of that journey into the price we quote.
Under FOB, we load the goods at the Chinese port and you pay the sea freight onward. Under CIF, the quote includes freight and insurance to the destination port, and you clear the goods in Nigeria.
