Words on a website are cheap, so turn them into things you can verify. Ask each school smart board supplier for the address of the production site, the legal name that will appear on the contract and invoice, and the certificate files themselves rather than a logo on a brochure.

ISO 9001:2015 quality management, issued by Certification Europe (Hong Kong), certificate no. 10151085Q, issued 18 April 2026 and valid to 17 April 2029. It is held for the Dongguan production site. The scope covers interactive all-in-one displays, education and conference all-in-one displays, digital signage, commercial display terminals, LED screens and mini computers, from software development and R&D to production, assembly and sales.
The EU Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU) EU-type examination certificate, Annex III Module B, comes from Notified Body 2618 (World Standardization Certification & Testing), registration no. 2618-RED-0154, dated 9 February 2026. The product is the interactive all-in-one machine with Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and the model list covers our interactive panel range.
We also hold FCC equipment authorization grants for Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and 5 GHz Wi-Fi on the interactive all-in-one machine (February 2026), and an EU RoHS (2015/863) certificate from Shenzhen GUOREN Certification, report GRCTR260102035, February 2026, for the interactive all-in-one machine range.

The table comes from the IKAR price list of 26 October 2026. Prices are in US dollars per set, EXW, neutral brand, with a 1-year warranty and a standard LCD panel. They cover our infrared touch, zero-bezel E5 series. For each size, "from" is the cheapest board and "to" is the top board of the same size, so the range is the spread between configurations, not a discount scale.

A built-in camera with an 8-array microphone is an add-on: +$43 for 13 MP or +$50 for 48 MP. The exterior is gunmetal grey, the glass is anti-glare tempered glass, and the screen supports infrared touch and four-way split-screen multi-screen interaction. Custom functions are quoted separately.

The spread between the "from" and "to" columns is the configuration. The list covers several boards: a simplified board with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage at the bottom, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage in the middle, and a full board with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage at the top. The gap between cheapest and top board is the same at every size in the table. If your tender says only "75 inch interactive panel", one bidder will quote the simplest board and another the best, and the committee will compare unlike things.
Write the board type, RAM and storage into the specification, and score bids on the same line. These are IKAR's standing terms. They are the numbers a committee can place in the contract draft.
The minimum order is 1 set, so a school can order one board for a pilot room and test it before it signs the main order. Lead time is 7-9 days; ask any supplier from which event the clock starts, for example payment received. Payment is T/T bank transfer, and the warranty is 1 year. Shipping is by express courier, air freight or sea freight.
Trade terms are EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. Under EXW you collect at the factory and arrange freight. Under FOB the supplier delivers the goods onto the ship at the port. Under CIF the supplier pays freight and insurance to your destination port. Under DDP the supplier delivers to the agreed place with duty paid. On request we also customise branding or logo, packaging, software configuration, and size, panel, chipset and memory options.
The packed sizes and weights in the table help the person who plans the delivery: a 98 inch panel in its carton is 2370 mm long and 95 kg net, which decides the lift, the door width and the room where it is unpacked. A wooden crate is an add-on to the price, as the last column shows.
