What to inspect at an interactive whiteboard factory
- Production, not only the showroom. Ask to see where panels are assembled. IKAR's ISO 9001 scope covers R&D, production and assembly, so these areas should exist.
- The exact board you plan to order. IKAR's E5 series runs from an MT9679 board with 4GB+32GB to an RK3588 board with 16GB+256GB. Test your own apps on the configuration you will buy, not the top model.
- Touch and split screen. On infrared touch panels, test several fingers at once and the four-way split screen.
- Packing. Compare the carton with the quote. An 86 inch panel ships in 2065 x 205 x 1280 mm at 72 kg net, and a wooden crate adds $23.
- Labels. The model name on the unit should match the model list on the certificates.
- Portable screens. If you also buy Stand By Me TVs, roll one across the floor and check the runtime against the rating of up to 4 hours on the 10,000 mAh battery.

- EU RoHS report GRCTR260102035, Shenzhen GUOREN Certification.
- For portable screens: CE-RED FCS202605230CA01 and RoHS TST26235100288CC.
- A written quote with Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP), T/T payment, lead time (7-9 days) and the 1-year warranty.
Take photos of each certificate and check every reference with its issuer after the trip.
How to plan your factory visit
- Fix your product list and target quantity before you book, so the factory can prepare the right samples.
- Fly into Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, or fly to Hong Kong and cross into Shenzhen by land.
- Check China entry and visa rules for your passport before you book.
- Plan at least half a day at the factory and a second meeting for price and terms.
- Bring your tender spec and the list of certificates your market requires.
- Compare the quote with IKAR's October 2026 EXW list: 65 inch from $514, 86 inch from $748. Confirm before ordering.
